This policy covers orders for reusable drinkware, hydration accessories, coffee and tea accessories, and bags placed through this website. Orders are normally prepared in approximately 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit is 3–5 business days. These estimates are not guarantees and weekends, holidays, weather, carrier operations, or destination conditions may add time.
Any free-shipping eligibility and final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Customers must enter a complete delivery address and accurate email and phone details. Tracking is sent when available; allow time for the carrier record to begin updating.
If tracking is delayed, a parcel appears lost, a shipment is marked delivered but cannot be found, or packaging arrives damaged, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and relevant photos. We may ask the carrier to investigate. Service may be restricted for certain addresses, products, or destinations, and orders that cannot be delivered safely may be cancelled and refunded.
